New ‘Spring’ Menu
Spring is in the air which means our new seasonal menu has arrived, keeping in line with our farm to-fork philosophy and fresh seasonal produce coming straight from the farm and kitchen garden…we will have you drooling by the end of it.
For the gnocchi lovers, don’t worry we have kept this on the menu as it is one of our most popular dishes. If you haven’t tried this yet come in and be prepared for your a tastebud sensation!
Executive Chef, Perry Hill has been working hard behind the scenes thoughtfully preparing and testing out the new menu for you, providing more seafood options leading into the warmer summer nights.
For the seafood lovers, take a look at our new starters and enjoy the prawn arancini with saffron mayonnaise and for entrée indulge in our grilled calamari, macadamia aioli, celery and ink cracker dish followed with our ever so popular warm spanner crab salad accompanied with the main being our Mount Cook Alpine Salmon with asparagus, cherry tomatoes, mint and olives. Oh, and don’t forget the hand cut chips on the side, we do love our chippies!
For those wanting a variety, try our slow roast whole lamb shoulder with mint salsa verde, toasted chickpeas and zucchini salad. This is best shared and accompanied with a delicious dark red wine.
Finish up and treat yourself to our hazelnut, chocolate and apple tart served with vanilla gelato and honey cream or indulge in our soft toasted meringue with coconut, pineapple, passionfruit and lime dessert.
