A one-off Blueberry Brunch comes to Sydney

Blueberry lovers across Sydney are invited to a fanciful blueberry feast at one of the city’s most enchanting brunch spots, The Botanica Vaucluse, on Saturday 12th November.
From 10am to 1pm, everyone’s favourite berry brand Driscoll’s, has partnered with The Botanica Vaucluse to host a one-off blueberry brunch in celebration of berry season. Guests will relish a three-course set menu amongst a fragrant garden oasis featuring Driscoll’s premium Sweetest Batch blueberries.
Designed by The Botanica’s Head Chef, Zoe O’Brien, the set-menu utilises the extra-large, extra-sweet, Australian grown blueberries by Driscoll’s and local ingredients from the venue’s flourishing gardens. Paired with cocktails including a purple-hued blueberry sour and a cup of tea or coffee, fans of the blue super fruit will enjoy a delicate blueberry mille-feuille with lemon curd as well as The Botanica’s signature Ataif Arabic Pancake that’s been given the full blueberry makeover.
Sydney-siders can expect to see blueberries in abundance as The Botanica’s iconic dining room dresses up for the occasion. Think spectacular blueberry-hued styling and florals to truly set the scene for a whimsical brunch – too pretty to eat. Guests will also receive a take-home gift to keep the sweet burst of blueberry flavours lasting throughout the weekend.
The exclusive event is being held by Driscoll’s, whose premium Sweetest Batch blueberries are in season now until mid-December and available at Woolworths nationwide.
