Meet Elaine – our warm Restaurant Manager
Elaine has over 20 years experience in hospitality and prides herself on her diligent approach to customer service.
She started out her career at Michelin Star restaurant in Belfast before she moved to Australia in 2007. Since then, she has had an extensive career as a Restaurant Manager and General Manager at some of Sydney’s most prestigious restaurants, including Becasse and Hotel Centennial.
We had the pleasure of welcoming Elaine into The Botanica Vaucluse team earlier this year – we have received glowing reviews on her service.
